Shipping policy
1. Processing Time
All of our jewelry is handcrafted and made-to-order. This means we create each piece specifically for you after receiving your order.
· Standard Processing: 1-2 weeks from order date
· Holiday Periods: Processing times may be extended during peak seasons (November-December, Valentine's, Mother's Day). We will notify you of any extended timelines.
Note: Processing time begins after order confirmation and payment verification.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship exclusively via United States Postal Service (USPS):
· USPS First Class Package Service
· USPS Priority Mail Express
3. Shipping Times & Delivery Estimates
Continental United States Only:
· Regular Shipping (USPS First Class): 6-10 business days once shipped
Please note:
· Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding weekends and federal holidays
· These are carrier estimates - actual delivery times may vary
· Total delivery time = Processing Time (1-2 weeks) + Shipping Time (as selected above)
4. Order Tracking & Shipping Notifications
· You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a USPS tracking number once your order leaves our studio
· Track your package at USPS Tracking Website
· Allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to activate in the USPS system
5. Delivery & Receipt
· Address Accuracy: Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
· Delivery Attempts: USPS will typically make one delivery attempt. If unsuccessful, they will leave a notice. Packages are usually held at your local post office for pickup for 15 days before being returned to sender.
· Mailbox vs. Door Delivery: USPS First Class and Priority Mail Express require a mailbox or secure location for delivery. For high-value items, we recommend being available to receive the package directly.
· "Delivered" Status: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received your package:
1. Check with household members or neighbors
2. Look around your property (porch, garage, side doors)
3. Contact your local post office with your tracking number
4. Wait 24 hours as packages sometimes scan early
6. Shipping Restrictions
· We only ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states)
· No P.O. Box restrictions: We can ship to both street addresses and P.O. Boxes via USPS
· No international shipping available at this time
· No APO/FPO addresses at this time
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
· Lost in Transit: If your package hasn't moved in tracking for 7+ business days, contact us. We will initiate a USPS missing mail search and work with you on a solution.
· Stolen Packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after delivery confirmation. Consider requiring a signature (available upon request for an additional fee) if you have delivery concerns in your area.
· Insurance: All packages include basic USPS insurance. Additional insurance is available upon request.
8. Made-to-Order: No Refunds Policy
Important: Because each piece is custom-made specifically for you, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun (typically within 24 hours of order). Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
9. Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged:
1. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
2. Provide clear photos of:
· The damaged item
· All packaging materials
· The shipping label
3. We will file a USPS insurance claim and work with you on repair or replacement once the claim is approved
10. Multiple Item Orders
If your order contains multiple items, they will ship together once all items are complete. We do not split shipments unless specifically requested (additional shipping charges may apply).
